I loved everything about it. I enjoyed every bit of this wonderful class. Kara is such a great inspiration, I could listen to her the whole day. For everyone who couldn't make it to the live introductory call I urge you to view the recording. Especially the beautiful meditation at the end was really balancing me and opening my throat chakra.
