Self-sabotage is far more common than most of us might believe. If you have ever engaged in behaviors such as procrastination, comfort eating, compulsive shopping, or self-medication, there’s a pretty good chance that you have sabotaged yourself—even if it was totally unconscious. Almost everyone does something at one time or another that is potentially damaging to his/her wellbeing, but if it becomes an unconscious habit, as happens to so many people, then it can really mess up your life!
